No way! The voice is a muscle and as long as you're willing to train it you can improve. I wouldn't say you suck at all because you have pretty good pitch, and that's one of the hardest things to get if it doesn't just click at some point. You're also good at slowing down and putting emotion into the song which is also something a lot of people struggle with. I think the biggest problem you're encountering is with your tone. At least here, your tone is pretty breathy (that's also something I've struggled with too). If you were to spend some extra time working on exercises for breath support, I think you could really improve a lot because you have a pretty good foundation as it is. I apologize if you weren't looking for advice, but I don't think you suck by any means, it's definitely something that if you worked just a bit at you'd immediately improve greatly.
