Discovering that the electromagnetic waves generated by his invention could grant him the power of flight, enhanced strength, and increased vitality, Toomes fashioned a specially designed suit to harness these abilities. Taking on the identity of The Vulture, he became a notorious super-criminal. Adrian Toomes, as The Vulture, would benefit from a voice that carries a mix of intelligence, bitterness, and a touch of arrogance. The ideal voice would be deep and commanding, reflecting the character's age and the gravitas of his experiences.
