 A starry projection of a ghost, later revealed to be a group of star children in disguise, hoping to ward off enemies from star haven. A very stereotypical ghost character. 

I am looking for a medium-low to medium-pitched voice with emphasized importance on the ghostly character in the voice, which should be almost comically over-the-top with the spookiness.
