A haughty, condescending, and vain young lady rose who lives in Flower Fields. She loves nothing more than relishing in her own appearance and looking down on others' lack thereof. Beauty is the only thing that matters to her, even to go so far as to withhold the Water Stone that will save Lily's life, just so she can sit and stare at it gleaming in the sun.
I am looking for a medium to medium-high-pitched voice with higher-pitched laughs and inflections where appropriate. She has a very stereotypically posh British accent that should have rolled "R's" galore. The more dramatic, aristocratic, and self-indulgent, the better.
