Bio:

Cel is a gentle soul, who is quite shy and anxious, but is very friendly once you get to know her. She speaks softly, and with a gentle stutter. She loves fashion, and she helps her family with choosing outfits, as well as making them clothes of their own! Her free-time is spent reading books or looking at the stars. Cel has many powers, including using her mist for warmth, healing and defence, and can also float above the ground, which she prefers to do over walking. She loves all her family members with all her heart, and always has the urge to help every single one of them. However, a lot of the time, she thinks of her past family, as she stares up into the sky filled with familiar small glowing dots. She always wonders how they are, and which one of those little dots they reside on. She may never find out, but she secretly hopes to go back some time.

Voice Description:

Cel's voice is very soft, and she stutters and stammers very frequently. She stutters less around people she's comfortable with. She has a slight accent, and her tones are a little different to the others, as she can speak a lot of languages. The voice kind of similar to hers is Fluttershy from MLP.
