The oldest tree in flower fields. He is a concerned observer of the tragic happenings of Flower Fields, unable to do much more than lend Mario his wisdom.
I am looking for a low to medium-pitched voice that sounds big, grand, and wise, without taking the seniority to a withered or senile extent. He is more of a sage. Do not speak too quickly either. He should talk at a dignified pace.

(A warm introduction to MARIO.) Ho ho ho ho! Up here, son! They call me Wise Wisterwood. I am the oldest tree here in Flower Fields, the land of trees, flowers, grasses and plants.
(Hesitant and unsure.) I think there IS a flower that has a Magical Bean...somewhere. Umm... I believe... Her name is Petunia. Perhaps she is off to the east. It wouldn't hurt to go visit her and ask about it.
(Beaming with gratitude.) Oh, precious sunlight! Ho ho ho ho ho!!! Mario did it! He saved Flower Fields!
