Urmius is the ringleader at a very special feywild carnival. This character is upbeat, bright, happy, and overall a delight. His voice is on the higher-pitched end for a male, and he usually goes through many up-and-down fluctuations when he speaks. He will also trill words when excited or emphasizing. This character can be considered to have a slight accent, but it's not quite easily distinguishable. Because of this, it's not required, but feel free to experiment in this area. His tone of voice can be attributed to being a little more flamboyant, extravagant, and show-y.
