Tytos is the Hero who led the attack against Hornburg, and is in possession of The Ring of The Thunderblade.  He wished to attack further, but was stopped by the church.  Now, he runs the Scarlet Wings, an army made of ex-convicts.  He's also using this front to have people create the dreaded "Scarlet Elixer" that'll make him and his army unstoppable.  Tytos doesn't tolerate failure, and doesn't care what collateral damage is caused in the process of making his force the strongest in Orsterra.
