Definitely a nice and friendly voice! I agree that it's perhaps a bit too slow. You read everything clearly, which is good! but the pauses between words is just a taaad too much and breaks the flow of your read.

Good writeup. I feel that slower pace getting too much/repetitive at times too, but this is a good habit to notice and grow from to make it more natural sounding in future takes. It will all balance when you are comfortable being more natural and connected to a listener like in real life. Well done.
