VOICE REFERENCE:

Please, think of Brian Bloom’s voice of Captain America from Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, it is the perfect voice for the character and I cannot really think of any other whenever I read the comics. Though, you are free to have your own spin as well, just as long as it falls in line with what is specified.

CHARACTER & VOICE DESCRIPTION:

Steady, dignified, benevolent… These are just a few words used to describe the voice of Steve Rogers. Originally a short and scrawny kid from Brooklyn in the 1940s, Steve volunteered for a secret government experiment that turned him into the world’s first “super soldier” and became Captain America, America’s Sentinel of Liberty during the second World War! Cap’s voice is motivating and complements his just actions, he clearly sounds like a man who knows the difference between right and wrong, more so than anyone else. With a deep and resonant voice that projects the sense of authority while maintaining his sincerity and warmth, Steve’s voice is to be one that can rally the people to action for the right cause with a simple speech.

  • A single individual who has the right heart and the right mind, that is consumed with a single purpose… that one man can win a war.

  • I don’t like bullies; I don’t care where they’re from.

  • When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world -- "No, YOU move.“
