Sekai is a Yuki Onnago, or a Yuki Onna that's still a child. She froze to death outside of the house, and her spirit was taken in by Sabishi. She is very shy and somewhat clingy. She has a bit of trouble controlling her powers. Her voice is youthful, but unsure.
