Kaori Houjou is the daughter of boarding Chairman Tsukasa Houjou who was saved by Yuuya Tenjou when she was being harassed by some strangers near the convenience store. Feeling highly indebted to him, she personally invited him to become a student of Japan's most prestigious academy, Ousei Academy. As the story progresses, she falls in love with him although she's yet to realize it. She is the first earthling brought by Yuuya to travel across to another world. In the other world she levels up and does adventurer quests along with him.
