Character #3 - Archard (Late 30's/Early 40's)
Cold, intimidating, wise, dry, strategic, low self-esteem, occasionally violent/abusive, serious, and hot-tempered

Archard is the head of the Head Council of the village (basically he's the mayor) and makes most of the major decisions within the village. It is a tiring job, and thus has stressed him out to the point where many newcomers haven't even seen him laugh... Or smile. Ever. However, he's extremely happy with his wife and feels safe with her, but in recent years, their marriage has been struggling due to his insecurity and constant anxiety about everything and everyone, and having another part of the family he has to take care of was one of the last things he wanted (or needed). Archard currently runs the village despite his family crumbling to pieces, and the village is blissfully unaware of the struggles he faces and instead praises Archard for being an outstanding leader. Things couldn't be better for Archard (at least on the outside)... It couldn't get worse, right?
