One of Dr. Wily’s new robotic henchmen, Oil Man is a wildcard who goes with the flow. Oil Man is one of the two Robot Masters who were supposed to debut alongside the original 6, however was still in the experimental stages, and thus could not be revealed alongside the others. Much like the other Robot Masters, Doctor Wily hacked them into serving him, as the two of them act as henchmen for him throughout the arc. Compared to Time Man, Oil Man is quite different, being very playful and nonchalant whilst carrying out tasks, not taking things too seriously, thus winding up Time Man, though he’s just as deadly.
