Kumi Nishi (西久美 Nishi Kumi), real name Hiroko Nishimaru, is famous blackmailer that dresses up as a hairstylist to trick others and even goes as far as to change her name and appearance. She skilled in blackmailing students and teachers alike, as a result she was accepted into Hope’s Peak Academy under the title Ultimate Blackmailer (超高校級の「強要者」) but lies, saying she has the title Ultimate Hairstylist (超高校級の「ヘアスタイリスト」).
