Mirajane is the mom/mother figure of the Fairy Tail Guild, making sure that everyone is taken care of and safe. Due to an incident involving her sister Lisanna she refrains from combat heavy quests and provides for the guild via her very successful modeling career, but she still maintains her position as one of the most powerful wizards in Fairy Tail as her powers not only allow her to take on enhanced forms but she'll probably break the editing software a few times.
In terms of voice I'm looking for something similar to Panchi from DBZA, but I am open to a different interpretation, imitation is not required, I'm just offering the English VA so you have an idea of the kind of voice I'm looking for.
