The specific voice effect that is used to make V2 sound like the SAM TOS program uses an AI software called RVC AI to make it work. (mainly used to make ai covers of songs)

Its perfectly fine if you don't want that to be used and just have some effects layered over your voice.

About:
V2 is the second prototype of the V model line, sharing an almost identical appearance to V1 but with a bold red colour schem. V2 was designed to attempt to recuperate the costs of development when the establishment of the New Peace drained all demand for weapons of war. As such, V2 was marketed and designed for peacetime applications such as security.

Characteristics
V2 is often used as comedic relief, outbursts and unbelife of what he is seeing.
Think a normal cool guy who hasent seen the crazy shit that goes on until recently and is just in a nervous panic for his life but has a great time overall.
He's not annoying just takes him a minute to adjust to things.
He cares more about his mortality since he cant easily repair himself unlike V1.
