Jinks is talkative (though it doesn't very much show in the story). She behaves similarly to your typical popular girl. She likes to party and tease others, but she's good-natured and is greatly disturbed by violence.

A tom-boy-ish medium to high voice would work best, but I'm open to auditions of other voice types.
