Duke is a senior weasel and resident of Echo. He acts as a big source of conflict across several routes.

Duke is well aware of Echo's dark past, as his grandfather experienced the mass-hysteria event firsthand. He's extremely superstitious, bitter and cold, especially after the death of his wife and a longtime meth addiction. He has reasons to believe that Chase's return to Echo is a bad omen, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to stop history from repeating.
