Heather is a young cat who was a childhood acquaintance of Jenna, and (briefly) the high school girlfriend of TJ. She mainly appears in Jenna's route.

Heather acts ditzy and sweet most of the time, but she's pretty much an example of everything bad this town has to offer. Her dad is abusive, and she took advantage of Jenna's sympathy when they were younger, but she's been badly scarred by it all and suffers from memory issues. She spends most of her time with some of the drug addicts in her neighborhood. Her reunion with Jenna isn't an unwelcome one, but it distorts into something very dangerous over time.
