- Young Hazel is the deuteragonist of the pilot, a prodigy that takes on the role of an adult, and a perfectionist.
As a child, this character's emotions lead towards the negative side of the spectrum. He isn't depressed, just selectively anxious.
However, this is also a character that is relatively confrontational and confident. He is also very expressive, and his emotions go from genuine happiness to distress and sadness.
