Remillia is the owner of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and the one responsible for causing the incident that caused Reimu to make her way to finding her. She is a very powerful vampire, and has a younger sister thats kept at bay.

Looking for: High to medium voice. Give her an aristocrat vibe while keeping a politeful attitude if you can. She also acts childish!
