After absorbing Piccolo Buu's voice changes to be much more mature and articulate. We still want to hear that evil in him because he is still chaotic but now instead of "evil with bad grammar" he is "evil but went to school"

I remember this version of Buu being a little more sophisticated than Perfect cell in his manner of speech, so I went for that.
