Joel is a pretty bossy guy. He thinks that his restaurant is the best on the street, and he expects the best out of his employees. He cuts corners to save costs, and often makes his employees rush their jobs.

It's too much to be having to give your money to people in order to keep your place alive, let alone have to be responsible for a lousey customer's death. I am leaving the key for you to lock up the place. I'm not coming back, so don't go looking for me.
