Different read on this one, but it was fun. I can tell that you were trying to calm yourself down, despite what was going around you in the scene. In your "haunted area" you're really scared because you're hearing all this weird stuff, maybe stuff is falling around you, and you don't know what's happening. You managed to sell the immersion really well, to the point that I could tell that you were talking to yourself to specifically try to calm yourself down. You tried cracking a smile, but that didn't work. You tried to speed up to build bravery but it wasn't working. Your anxiety was starting to take over, your body is shaking more and more. Your physicality is really heard, and I felt that the yelling could be a bit more. Elongate the yelling, and along with that, the beginning is a little hard to hear, so just be careful of it, I was able to hear it towards the middle when you started to raise your voice, so just either raise the gain or move closer to the mic if you want to be softer when it comes to reading. Amazing job this week though!
