~Low voice. Slightly older sounding~

Consto is the creator of the night sky. You will come to realize he is the reason Clima has no power over what she calls, "the dark skies" Consto speckles the stars across the skies, new ones nightly. Consto also has a rare gift of seeing things which have not yet happened. He is VERY calm and speaks quite low.
