Albert is one of the chefs working at the restaurant, and has worked there for about one year now. He is good friends with the other chef Hugo.
"I'm going to start this off by saying the kitchen is terrible here. Joel only ever renovates the dining room, but never would he consider improving this kitchen. This kitchen is so old and dirty, we have mice and rats running through once in a while. Hygeine experts would shut this place down, but I have a feeling some thing else is happening behind the scenes. Hugo and I have been planning to leave here soon to open up a vegetarian restaurant soon. Joel will have to find someone else willing to cook in this enviroment"
Thank you for auditioning! The Scottish accent sound very natural, which is good! I would recommend using a higher quality microphone though. Other than that, good job!
Thanks for your comment, The microphone isn't that bad on quality in all honest. It's the natural accoustics of the room i'm in which is the problem, which is something i am working on fixing asap.
Ok I understand now. Hopefully that problem can be sorted.
