The ageless guardian of the Shrine of Winds. Appears in the form of a monstrous bird. Kalas and company must beat them in battle to obtain a piece of End Magnus. For reasons unknown to the party, the Lord seemingly speaks to Kalas directly, prophesizing that his actions would lead the world to its destruction. Has seven lines total.

The Guardians of the End Magnus all have certain qualities in common. Attaching a voice clip of our interpretation of the Lord of the Spring for reference: https://youtu.be/5TOG31X9nbk?t=66

Imagining a type of voice befitting the likes of a mythical beast, like Mewtwo or Entei from Pokemon, or Kamaljiori from The Legend of Vox Machina. This boss is a somewhat neutral entity who is guarding a dangerous treasure. You can play them like a villain, or more neutrally! Open to interpretation, and to masculine, feminine, or androgynous voices.

  • (warning, somber) Prepare thyself, woe-laden child… Powers of the god long deceased, once awakened...can never again be set to slumber.

  • (when questioned, answering) You know well enough… Your pain will lead the world to the abyss of sorrow and despair… Yet you refuse to relent.

  • (beaten in battle, weakened) Behold the oath of Malpercio…

Thanks for following directions! Acting-wise, this is not bad, but your microphone quality is a bit rough. There are pops and static in it.  Do you mind telling me what you're using to record? Microphone and recording program?

The recording program I use literally just called "Voice Recorder". If I'm not misremembering, it's a generic, pre-installed one, which probably explains why it isn't the best.

As for the microphone, it's part of a Logitech G635 Gaming Headset, which probably isn't optimal for high-quality recordings either, though I could be wrong about either or both of those (at least when it comes to "being good for recording voicelines", that is. I am certain that I am using those).

I see, thanks for providing that info. Voice recorder is fine for recording, but it's the gaming headset you pinpointed earlier that is the matter. You're right - it's not optimal for high-quality recordings. If you're looking to get a better quality recording and you enjoy voice acting, I recommend looking into getting a (for starters) usb microphone. Some of the actors I work with used a blue snowball when they were first starting out. Of course, I'm not asking you to buy a new microphone just to record for a free project, this is just for future reference, in case you wanted feedback, haha. Thanks for auditioning!
