Lendor works at and owns a local doughnut shop. He takes his job seriously but at the same time, seems always out of it.
He can't stand Skid (the main character) because he always shows up and asks for free stuff because he doesn't have any money.
I like to think of him as kind of a "Squidward" type of person but instead of being annoyed at everyone, it's mainly directed at Skid.
Other than that, he seems disinterested in everything going on around him.
Skid, this isn’t a bar. If you don’t have money on you, I can’t give you food.
(Exhales) If I give one to you, will you leave me alone?
Just make sure to have money to pay for it next time--- and he’s gone.
(Exhale annoyed) He’s never gonna pay for that.
Really awesome audition. Only thing is that I'm looking for a more "laid back and lazy" type of annoyed, maybe even a little depressed sounding. You sound a little too up tight. Feel free to send in another more laid back take if you want, because you have a really great voice for the character.
Ive been wanting to reaudition and resubmit but ive had bronchitis for over a week now and im still not feelin well at all
