Tarroc is a soul keeper. A soul keeper is similar to a reaper for he may kill with ease, only Tarroc does not need to kill, he simply collects the souls which are dead and either keeps or releases them for them to form into something new. Now Tarroc is not the most friendly of creatures, you do NOT want on his bad site, not only is he a killer, he does not mind it.
