Bit of info on character:
Joe is the boss of the Rogues unite a clan specific for thieves and assorters. Joe is an easy kind of guy when you get to know him, but his on point and very informed. He is well connected, and even has intel from someone on the inside of the police force. Joes main job is to ensure clan jobs are given and jobs are monitored and makes sure they get done, so everyone gets a slice of the pie when the job is complete. He overseas all projects first hand and calls the shots. While he works with advisors and close members, Joe calls the final shot.
