Kamek is a very loyal koopa who acts as Bowser's advisor. He demonstrates some level of sadism, as seen by his facial expression when Bowser destroys the Penguin Kingdom, as well as when he is torturing Toad. He is also much more friendly with Bowser and is the main one Bowser opens up to compared to the other koopas.
