Artaban and the Quest for the King
Jeremiah for Hebrew Exile
He is an elderly man who, like many others, lives in and around Babylon. He is well-known in the area and collapses one night under a palm tree, requiring Artaban to choose between continuing his quest to Jerusalem or providing aid to the man; aid that may result in him losing precious time to meet with his other wise men and trek together to meet the baby King. He presents Artaban with the critical information that the King he seeks is not in Jerusalem, but in Bethlehem.
