Miles Prower, better known by the name of Tails, the nickname he got from having two tails, is an 8 year old fox who has a kind-hearted, angelic, pacifistic, and loyal personality. He is a helpful young kid who is always willing to help out anyone in need without feeling like making a deal and asking for anything in return. Tails is Sonic's best friend, who found him in a sad slump when he was little. Miles' two tails were often the main cause for him being bullied and picked on before Sonic came along onto the scene and taught Tails that being different is what makes him special and helped him grow more confident in himself. There is a perk to being born with two tails, however, as Miles' has the ability to use them to fly and hover, reaching up to more difficult, higher places! Tails has a deep love for all things mechanic-related and is always training his independence and intelligence by creating a new invention, like a helpful robot servent, or his most iconic Tornado airplane! Tails is more of a pacifistic and timid sidekick, and normally lets his pal Sonic do all the hard work in saving the world from danger while he stays on the sidelines, but if he realizes he's the world's only hope, Tails is more than determined to try and find faith and the confidence in himself to be the hero for once! 

(For Tails' voice in this redub, I would like it to sound similar or identical to either his 2003-2010 voice provided by Amy Palant, his 2010-2014 voice provided by Kate Higgins, or his current voice provided by Collen O'Shaughnessey. Or you can make up your own voice for Tails with your own twist that sounds like a voice that Tails would have!
