It’s the Inventor turned Maniacal Mad Scientist, Doctor Wily. He is a roboticist, having graduated from the Robot Institute of Technology alongside his colleague Doctor Thomas Light, though never getting as much recognition due to Unethical experiments he performed pertaining to Robotics, causing him to grow a sense of animosity towards Light, even whilst they both worked on the Robot Masters Project. After being denied a place on stage alongside Light showing them off, Wily snapped, secretly reprogramming the Robot Masters to cause chaos and take over the world for him, demanding that he be named the greatest genius in the world. Doctor Wily is an egotistical man, believing himself to be smarter than everyone around him, including Doctor Light, and being rejected the praise he believes is deserved causes him to go towards an evil path, always carrying a sense of superiority with him. I need an actor who can portray Wily’s hubris and maniacal nature, powered by his ego and years of denial for what he believes is rightfully his
I am looking for a medium-high to high pitch, and I want Wily to have a nasally tone to his voice, being a mirror to Doctor Light in that way, yet still someone who seems old and experienced like Light
Do not just try and do an impression of one of Doctor Wily’s official voices, the main dictator of who I choose will be down to how an actor can sell the emotions of the character

[Wily turning from Doctor Light, sarcastically remarking, bitter about his lack of appearing on stage] “OH, how silly of me, Thomas. I forgot that ‘Light’ makes ‘Right’”
[Doctor Wily on television speaking to the world as the Robot Masters begin their destruction, gloating and feeling like he’s on top of the world] “WHA-HA-HAHA! Do not attempt to look away, fools! Doctor Albert W. Wily controls the Air-Waves now! And soon– THE WORLD!”
[Wily sitting in his Castle, watching Mega Man approach it on a monitor like a classic supervillain. In the first two sentences, his anger rises, but beginning at “Well, that’s fine” he regains his composure and sounds calculative and cunning] “I see how it is, Thomas. I take what’s rightfully mine, and you make your Floor Scrubber into a Knock-Off. And then you flaunt him around like he’s something special and unique!! Well, that’s fine, send your little Blue Bomber for me. WE’LL be waiting for Him, HAHAHAHAHA!”
