Ice Man is one of the eight original Robot Masters. Designed for Arctic and Antarctic Exploration purposes, he was built by Doctor Light and Doctor Wily for the Robot Master project, yet was reprogrammed by Dr Wily to help him take over the world, now becoming a villainous force to be stopped by Mega Man. Ice Man, when evil, has a cocky disposition and general sense of superiority, though also isn’t as cocky as his brothers, being disposed of quite quickly and being shorter than the other Robot Masters, putting him into a sort of little brother role amongst the group, yet still all the more willing to destroy Mega Man

I am looking for a medium-high pitch, and I want Ice Man to have a more soft spoken voice than the others, appearing slightly meeker yet still able to hold his own
