Dragon Ball Super: Advent 'V' (or The Battle for Earth)

A millenia old leader of an inter-universal empire, his voice should reflect experience and a certain bit of wisdom. However, that being said, he is a very ferocious and disconnected individual. Specifically, while old and wise-sounding, should also reflect malice and a small bit of arrogance. It should be smooth, yet there being a good hint of roughness to it. Also, as he is robotic in nature there should be a vague artificialness to his tone (of course, the voice will be altered in post).
(cold, yet amused) "How many universes do you think I've been to? How many Saiyans do you think I've observed try the very same thing? To save their families, their loved ones through their infuriatingly weak powers? It almost bores me, though of course that changes from system to system. And I rule billions."
(amused) "I was once like you thousands of years ago, a mortal bound for the inevitable. But I overcame the inevitable and became one with it, and now I stand before you. Is that what you wanted to ask me?"
