Cut Man is one of the eight original Robot Masters. Designed for Forestry Management purposes, he was built by Doctor Light and Doctor Wily for the Robot Master project, yet was reprogrammed by Dr Wily to help him take over the world, now becoming a villainous force to be stopped by Mega Man. Cut Man, when evil, has a cocky disposition and general sense of superiority, though also a particular condescension and sense of superiority compared to Mega Man, underestimating the blue bomber, as well as having a love for cut-based puns, yet still all the more willing to destroy Mega Man
I am looking for a medium to medium-high pitch, and I want Cut Man to have a stuck up, holier than thou attitude in his inflections, but not too over the top
