Charli is Eve's first friend at Crystal Academy. At first Charli thinks that Scarlet, another one of Eve's friends, is a bad girl. Charli learns that Scarlet is tough but that doesn't make her bad. Charli is a friendly, happy, and supportive friend. Charli is a second character but plays an important role in the story. Her role is a large time commitment.
