Elec Man is one of the eight original Robot Masters. Designed for Power Management purposes, he was built by Doctor Light and Doctor Wily for the Robot Master project, yet was reprogrammed by Dr Wily to help him take over the world, now becoming a villainous force to be stopped by Mega Man. Elec Man, when evil, has a cocky disposition and general sense of superiority, though also takes on somewhat of a leader role as the arc goes on, communicating directly with Wily and being more crafty when going up against Mega Man. He will go on to become a more relevant character later on and becoming much more level headed and loyal

I am looking for a medium pitch, and I want Elec Man to have generally level headed inflections, seeming like he knows what he’s doing, dipping into his cocky side at times
