Rose- the owner of that bar, she is sweet but overbearing and judgmental, constantly berating her older daughter on what she does or who she’s hang out with. She does this with her husband as well who is constantly hiding a big secret because of her. She thinks that with a smile and good company she will get what she wants.  She sometimes overworks herself to gain the pity of her family.
