From the Dragonball Z movie "Bojack Unbound," Zangya (pronounced ZAHN-yah) comes across as arrogant and self-serving, preferring to use her beauty as a means to an end, either to distract her opponents or to simply get her way. She sounds sexy and sultry, and maybe just a tad evil. In her reality, she survived the events of the movie; being the last of her kind, the Heran, she has decided to make Earth her home, conquering the Tarragon Isles from its dictator leader and making herself Empress. Despite her evil tendencies, she treats the people of the Tarragon Isles quite fairly, much like Dr. Doom and his country of Latveria.
