Cilan is the first Gym Leader Nina faces in the story. Cilan, along with his two brothers, all work in the restaurant/gym together. He specializes in grass typing, making those who picked Ochawott get a little creative fighting him. He's gentlemanly, calm, and a tad flirtatious. But always talking with a smile, it's almost a little creepy. He seems nice and friendly, but something about him seems...off. But that's bound to happen when your part of a 3-person gym.
