[in an increasingly hushed & terrifyingly seductive tone, as she slowly tightens a deadly force choke]:

"Perhaps some day you will be interested in my abilities, Admiral. When you find that your throat has quite suddenly become ensnared in my merciless & unbreakable, telekinetic stranglehold. Ready to tighten & shrink until you....just.....strangle. "

[in an equally terrifying & sudden shift to a casual & pleasant tone - almost 'sweet']:

"Does your collar feel a bit.....tight, Admiral? It would appear that my garment seems to be functioning a tad bit better than that suffocating tunic of yours. Now wouldn't it Admiral? It's suprisingly flexible. Yes, I am quite comfortable in my skin-tight costume. It appears not everyone's throat muscles have quite the same fortitude to withstand a tight-fitting turtleneck."

[with a satisfied sigh]:

"Now, Admiral.....I believe Ive made my point. Still, I must admit, I rather enjoy the sight of you strangling. Watching you tug & pry desperately at your collar. Trying to release yourself from my relentless, telekinetic grip. Your arrogance....silenced. Perhaps, I should simply compel my invisible talons to slowly intensify their constriction around your throat. And you thought my outfit was tight. 'Tight'? You don't know the meaning of the word." 

[a seductive whisper]:

"Not half as tight as my squeeeeze. "
