Gnaw is a Sharkticon tasked with taking down the Power Rangers by Starscream and Alyce. He is not in the series for very long, and is eventually destroyed by the Power Rangers in his appearances.

Gnaw, as an animalistic creature, talks similar to that of a caveman. As such, he should sound similar to Grimlock from the G1 cartoon, voiced by Greg Berger, or Solomon Grundy from the Injustice games, voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
