He has a twin sister named Sidney and his under the care of an abusive adoptive parent Dean. He does well in school and has a huge crush on this girl named Carmen, who uses him for homework and test answers. He has the power to manipulate light.
Sounds like an average 18-year-old boy, maybe a little high pitched. cautious and unsure of himself (Haley Joel Osment is a good voice reference)

I like your take on this, but I feel like your voice might be more well suited for Mitch because in your first line you seemed to use more sarcasm and when you said "Mr Newman" your voice drop on that line feels like if you just added a slight gruffness to it it could match up for Mitch, Great job though!
I think the same, your voice will fit great whit Mitch's personality
