Casting Noodle for Voice Actor: Shep
BACKGROUND: While Captain Cool is Mechano's arch-nemesis, he'll encounter other heroes throughout the game as well. Each town will have its own local hero, and Shep - the Sleepy Hero - will be encountered in chapter 1's town. Shep's powers involve putting his enemies to sleep with a soothing lullaby - and then beating the crap out of them and throwing them in jail while they're still out cold.
PERSONALITY: Shep is a cutesy character. He's well-meaning and enthusiastic, but a little dense. Despite his power being to make villains sleepy, Shep himself gets tired quite easily as well - and frequently yawns and starts to nod off in the middle of conversations and even in the middle of fights.
VOICE: Shep is childlike, and should have a higher voice.
