Tommy is the local grocer and the arguably most normal person in town, taking the strange things that happen seriously and living in terror of being the next victim alongside his precious pet bird but isn't brave enough to confront any of the other residents. He does his best to stay out of the way and often confides in Skip since Skip, too, is from out of town unlike everyone else. (His voice has a Ned Flanders sort of vibe.)
