Meet Ruler, the magical girl with the biggest superiority complex this world has ever seen- and the power to back it up! Possessing the ability to command anybody directly in front of her to do anything she wants, she’s virtually unstoppable. She’s amassed quite the following, with the Peaky Angels, Swim Swim, and Tama all ready to fight by her side. Being egotistic, snooty, and a bit mean, most would prefer not to have a conversation with her. Her regular human form is much more plain, with black hair and a practical business uniform. However, her lavender eyes are still present as Sanae, signifying a connection between the two forms.
