Fa'argo is a male Khajiit. Dressed in what you would call a desperado outfit, he rides around on a horse, slays bandits, helps damsels in distress, etc. All the things a western hero would do. He has a bit of a shady past though, for which he tries to make up for with his good deeds.

Khajiit speak can be a little strange. It's sort of an Arabic, Spanish type of speak. See this video for good examples:
